The room was very spacious, and I had a wonderful view of the sea.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, relatively close to Bellevue Beach. The room was well-maintained and new-fashioned with an absolutely clean bathroom and views of sea. The staff were amicable, took care of us during 2 days stay.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were brand-new with NICE views. Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was attentive during all this time. I really enjoyed the room and its modern decor. I had an amazing trip and would stay here again.

It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel for a trip to Dubrovnik. Our room was well-maintained, also it had a balcony and a kettle. The staff were affable and outstandingly friendly and gave us good recommendations.

The property involved climbing a significant number of stairs, which may not be ideal for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. It was also a bit difficult to find initially, but the owner was helpful in guiding us to the guest house.

The staff at Guest House Nikolina in Dubrovnik is very attentive and kind. They provided us with a brand-new room featuring a lovely balcony and a great view. the room also included convenient amenities like an electric kettle and a refrigerator. the hotel's location is excellent, within a short walking distance to Medzlis Mosque.

The room was well-maintained and modern. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the location, relatively close to Bellevue Beach, was particularly good. - the exceptional views of the sea were nice.
